Bulk Ore/Grain Carrier
This Bulk Carrier MOC is a representation of a real-world bulk carrier ship.
It features a superstructure, including a bridge and living quarters for the crew.
The folding cargo hatches are designed to facilitate easy loading and unloading of bulk materials. A dockside crane equipped with a clamshell grab, such as the crane from the 60098 Heavy Haul Train, makes handling cargo efficient and realistic.

Container Ship
This Bulk Carrier MOC is a representation of a real-world container ship. It is a variation of the ore carrier above & can be easily re-configured to suit either.
The containers can be arranged to take 3 lengthwise in the hull (above) or 5 on the top of the hull (below).

Container Ship Expansion (ex-60422-1)
This container ship is an upgraded version of the 2024 set 60422-1, Seaside Harbour and Cargo Ship (below).
The modification significantly increases the ship's capacity—doubling it—while using a modest number of additional parts (below). Most of these are simply extra pieces already found in the original City set, with the only notable exception being four white 1x2x1 panels that were not included in the original.
This modified ship offers a much more realistic proportion, closely resembling an actual cargo vessel—even if the containers are slightly oversized. It maintains compatibility with numerous legacy LEGO City sets that use the standard 6x10 stud container design.
