Light Rail Car Set.
This build is a modern light rail car set, popular with many citys for mass transit. This particular colour scheme is loosely aligns with the Sound Transit light rail cars from Seattle (Washington State, USA). It is compatible with the standard Lego train tracks including curves & switch tracks. This build can be downloaded as a model or instructions from
Bricklink Studio, or
Rebrickable.
The colour scheme can easily be changed up as is the case with anything Lego. Stickers coupled with different tiles, could also be applied to more closely match the scheme you require. Below are a couple of examples of other colour schemes aligning with recent City Train schemes. (Note that the front cab is slightly different)
